Day/Evening TIme support: 2-4 hours 10a-2pm or 6p-10p
During daytime and evening shifts, I provide hands-on newborn care and education including soothing techniques, bonding methods, infant grooming routines, and answers to any questions you may have about caring for your baby.
I support mothers in their postpartum recovery by encouraging rest and healing, and I’m happy to prepare nutritious meals or snacks to nourish your body. I also assist with siblings and pets, and help reset the home with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, tidying, and organizing.
Parents often use this time to nap, run errands, enjoy quality time together, or take much-needed personal time while the baby is well looked after. For families with multiple children, evening support can be especially valuable as I would be giving extra hands so parents can focus on dinner and bedtime routines with older siblings.
